Review and Publish

A piece of content that has been staged on the composer will now be accessible on any authenticated eevo application. To learn more about authentication, check out the "Mobile Application" section of the support docs. When you want the people in your organization to review your work on the eevo app, you use the "Submit for Review" option. This will tag your content on the CMS with a Orange tag on the homepage. Now your team members know it's time to give it a watch before you push it live. Content that has been saved and staged can be viewed in the eevo app without submitting for review, as long as your eevo app settings have "Display all Narratives" turned on.

When you and your team have reviewed your work and are happy, you can release your content. If you have your own branded application powered by eevo, your content will go live there for users to watch. If you are just using the eevo app, your content will be able to be seen on authenticated devices without having the "display all narratives" option on.
