Feature Request: trimming video

Would be great if I could trim video right in the composer, instead of doing this in different software.

  Hey Philip, thank you for the request, we will look into that with our team. In the meantime as a work around you can start and end the click at a specific time by using two options.

  The first is "Start time in next node". You will find this option in the settings menu of a exit flag. After connecting two nodes, you can choose to enter the next node at a specific start time. This will allow you to cut footage from the beginning of your clip. 

  

  The next option is an exit flag set to time based instead of hotspot. Using this will make the video transition and end at the Start Time you select for that specific exit flag. This will allow you to cut off the end of your clip.
